Seriously? $7? That's a cute necklace, and it looks well worth the money. I wish there was a Forever 21 around here.

Dunno. All I know is if I tried to put that on Sami, he'd rip my arms to shreds. He does NOT similar anything around his neck. Proficient affair he has zero desie to go outdoors.
